We are looking for warehouse employees at Technische Unie in Alphen aan den Rijn for the cable department. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that all orders are shipped out on time. Who you are

As a warehouse employee at the Technische Unie, you don't like to sit still. From rolling cables around reels to driving the pump truck/fork truck. You can do it all! Getting through the day physically is what you like to do. You also recognize yourself in the following:

• you can come to work on your own transportation (public transport is not possible).
• you speak the Dutch and/or English language.
• you live within a radius of 30 kilometers from the work location.

What will you do

As a warehouse employee in the cable department, you will be preparing orders. Customers choose which cable they want to be delivered and how many meters they need. You then get to work on this. You choose the right reel for the cable. Then you take the cable to the machine. You place the reel on the machine and then you attach the beginning of the cable to it as well. Now it's time to set the machine to the correct number of meters. Everything is now set correctly. Time to turn the machine on and start running. You guide the reel and the cable. This way you prevent malfunctions and problems of the machine.

• Working days from Monday to Friday. That means free weekends!
• Working hours in 2 shifts from 06:30 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:30 (end time is flexible)

Where will you work

You as a warehouse employee will be working in the distribution center of the Technische Unie in Alphen aan den Rijn. The work location is on the Bedrijfsweg 12. Easy to reach by own transport. Unfortunately, traveling by public transport is not an option. This has to do with the working hours.
