We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Corporate Ethics & Compliance team.

In this role you will be a member of our Global Law and Compliance Department and support various aspects of our global ethics & compliance program. If you are passionate about business ethics and corporate compliance, this is a great opportunity to contribute to Wolters Kluwer's ethics & compliance priorities and goals. This position reports directly to the Compliance & Sustainability Director.

Your key responsibilities

Support the creation and roll-out of ethics and compliance policies and procedures. Manage the lifecycle of ethics and compliance policies and procedures. Administer the SpeakUp case management system, including intake and monitoring of cases and coordination with investigators. Act as learning administrator for our employee ethics & compliance training initiatives. Help develop the annual ethics and compliance e-learning course and monitor and report the training completion results to senior management. Support with communication and awareness activities, including keeping our ethics & compliance intranet page and external website up to date. Maintain the registry of business questions and approvals on ethics & compliance matters. Participate in and act as secretary to our Ethics & Compliance Committee and the Compliance Council, including preparation of agenda and meetings and drafting minutes. Manage the dashboard of ethics & compliance priorities. Conduct anti-bribery and anti-corruption third party due diligence. Monitor regulatory developments and best practices and conduct benchmarks. Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including our Ethics & Compliance Committee and the Executive Board.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field. 3-5 years of experience in a Legal/Business Ethics/Compliance/Regulatory role. Experience in large, complex, international organizations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, working both collaboratively and independently. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong presentation and writing skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both oral and written; communication skills in other European languages is a strong preference. High level of personal integrity, curiosity, humility, and good judgment.
