who are you

For Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services we are looking for an administrative employee for the period of at least the end of June. This period might be extended depending on how much work there is left to do. Because you will fulfill an administrative job where precision is key, it is very important that you work precisely and that you have excellent administrative skills. Besides, you are stress resistant and a good communicator. As the communication in this role will be mostly in English, your English proficiency should be good.

  • Excellent administrative skills;
  • Good level of English (spoken and written);
  • Attention to detail, excellent time management and being able to do various tasks at the same time;
  • Experience in accounts payable or legal admin would be usefull.
what will you do

In this position you will coordinate the redline process between the legal team and the suppliers legal team. Therefore, you make sure that contract deadlines are met and handling various questions. In addition, you make sure the legal intake form is completed and maintains contact with the internal business owner.

For this job you will be working mostly from home but it is desirable that you also come at least one day per week to the office in Alphen aan de Rijn. You will be facilitated with a laptop and other utensils you might need to work from home as well.
