The opportunity:

As a content marketing specialist, you have the challenging role of promoting our business through content and real stories and expanding our company's brand awareness by creating content distinctive from our competitors and relating to our Brand Story and purpose, empowering pathology professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Create high-quality marketing content according to our marketing plan with agreed deadlines and budget.
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that is aligned with different departments.
• Deliver engaging content regularly and inspire team members.
• Edit, proofread and improve content and communication according to our CI and brand story.
• Create content for various channels and campaigns in strong collaboration with the marketing & communication team members.
• Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement and improve the customer journey.

Job requirements

you have

• proven work experience as a Content (Marketing) Specialist of 2-5 years.
• proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
• editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
• a strong attention to detail.
• willingness to travel in the region to create authentic stories and testimonials.
• can-do mentality.

and you

• are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in (online) content marketing and measurement.
• are an "owner" and "finisher" of his projects.
• have excellent communication and copywriting skills in Dutch and English. Further languages are a plus but not required.
• have a HBO degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or a relevant field.
• are self-organised and structured, with the ability to define one's tasks.
• connect easily with internal stakeholders.
• are a strong communicator.
• are available for Minimum 32 working hours/week.
