The opportunity:

We're seeking a Junior Product Manager Advanced Staining who will be a key contributor to the product lifecycle management of a group of Sakura Finetek Europe products, from ideation to retirement. The product responsibility is Advanced Staining (IHC).

You will help develop & execute product strategies, support regulatory compliance & management of the product roadmap.

Together with cross-functional teams, you will manage operational activities around the product lines, monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement, ultimately driving product success and innovation.
You will report directly to the head of Strategic Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing value-based product strategies & manage the product lifecycle phases.
• Monitor the product performance and gather customer feedback.
• Track financial results and volumes for products.
• Ensure IVDR compliance & support the creation & maintenance of claims.
• Visit customers, assist with product training & support the customer facing teams.
• Conduct market analysis.
• Assist in defining product specifications and prioritization.
• Participate in product development projects & collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Stay abreast of market trends and developments.

you have

• high vocational education or university degree in Scientific Engineering is a must.
• 0-2 years of experience in histology, medical devices or life sciences and technology.
• Basic understanding of product strategies.
• experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
• the ability to analyse data & derive insights that supports decision making.
• Ability to work with data & work on clearly defined assignments.

• have a good command of English & preferably Dutch.
• have a good presentation & communication skills.
• connect easily & make an impact at all levels.
• are self-organised, structured and independent.
• have a pragmatic can-do attitude.
