AV Flexologic is the world market leader in its field, supplying very accurate, robotic equipment in over 100 countries worldwide. Over the last 5 years the organization has been growing from a relatively small organization with 30 employees to a group of companies with over 200 employees, with AV Flexologic being the largest company in the group.

Job description:

The main responsibilities of an IT Coordinator are to take ownership and maintain our systems, websites, and provide support to your colleagues. Some of the responsibilities are given below:

• Ensuring a safe and effective IT-infrastructure and IT security (for computers/ servers/maintenance- and support contracts, etc.).
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols to protect the organization's data, conduct regular security audits and educate staff on security best practices and conduct training sessions.
• Maintenance, installation, configuring and management of IT-software systems (Office 365 suite, Active Collab, NAV ERP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Managing hardware inventory including procurement, deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and update IT policies and procedures.
• IT support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Ensuring planned testing and maintenance is executed to schedule.
• Technical support with online demos and webinars preparations.
• Maintain audio/video systems.
• Being hands-on in troubleshooting and fixing issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures, create user guides and manuals for IT-relates processes.
• Adding value by being creative, there is always room for ideas, thoughts and strategies in this international, young and innovative company.
• Technical support for new ERP roll-out.

What we are looking for

• Bachelors or technical degree in related subject.
• Network management skills.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software and applications.
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in English and preferably also Dutch.
• Proven affinity and experience in computer science.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a must.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft M365, Microsoft Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft IN-Tune, Security and Compliance, Multi-factor authentication, Microsoft Exchange (cloud), Microsoft SharePoint/OneDrive and Microsoft Window Server.
• Able to work independently and plan and organize work.
• A learner - never satisfied with just carrying on, always trying to improve your work.
